For owner and CEO Jen Juhl, baking has been a lifelong occupation and hobby, beginning when she was a child. In 2021 White Tree Bakery started out of Jen's home and has experienced exponential growth since.

Now located in Uptown Mount Vernon, Jen is known for crafting  weekly rotating menu that include sweet and savory scones, a variety of bars, and cookies. She also prides herself on using local ingredients in her menu, which reflects the tastes of the community. 

Mount Vernon and Lisbon communities have been integral to the growth and success of White Tree Bakery, which was named Business of the Year in 2024 by the MVL Community Development Group.

Jen is passionate about creating a family-focused business for her staff, she enjoys supporting local events, fundraisers, and partnering with other area businesses to better serve the community.
